Lakeside Arrival

Look for the home with two lights and a vintage paddle mounted outside on Katy's Crescent. Access is fully automated; your private keypad door code is shared upon arrival.

Climate & Fireplaces

Adjust the Google Nest thermostat near the main floor washroom override. Bedroom and living room also feature cozy electric fireplaces which you can override anytime.

Lakeside Toys & Entertainment

Help yourself to the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and telescope by the hot tub. Board games, classic books, and a guitar are also tucked inside the first bedroom closet.

Propane BBQ & Patio Lights

The upper deck has a propane fireplace and BBQ (lighters are in the utensil drawer). Siding lights are on twilight timers, and other deck lights are solar-powered.

Apple TV & Living Room Audio

Navigate AppleTV and Netflix on the main screen with the white remote. Pair directly or use the black Bose remote to adjust the living room soundbar volume.

Eagles, Deer & Wildlife

We share this property with eagles (active adjacent nest!), deer, and bears. Keep secure trash bins closed, and keep screen doors shut to block early-summer gnats.
